"Really enjoyed our stay, room was very clean and had everything we needed. Shower was a bit tricky but managed to use hand held. Stsff were very accommodating, unfortunately garage entrance to hotel didnt open twice- had to walk around. Parking provided hours after we checked out, very thankful!

We come to Toronto every couple months for medical appointments so we have stayed at many hotels in the are a and we are so pleased with the Novotel this will be our main place to stay when we come to the city for appointments now. "The room was absolutely fabulous and super spacious. We had the suite. It was actually really nice to walk around, then open the separate doors to our beds; that was a welcome surprise. Also, the staff are incredibly personable and just out of this world kind. I want to specifically shout out Brandon, who checked us in. His energy and courtesy just started our trip with the best vibes, and it kept on climbing from there. Overall, a wonderful stay, would recommend."
