"A great hotel matching its description, staff are excellent. Special thanks to Miriam for breakfast area, and Oumaima at reception and the daytime reception lady as well ( sorry I don’t know your name). Room was well heated and they turned heating down for me remotely for my comfort. Rooftop bar on the 6th floor had live music on Friday and their food was good, try their Mixed Grill for 58 Dinars (£16) . "The staff was very nice, welcoming, professional - and would say are the big plus of why to choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet has an impressive wide and fresh selection - another big plus. On the other hand, the hotel looks very tired - from dirty walls, damaged carpets, dark halls and broken pool chairs - the property owners maybe should spend some money on that instead of the luxury cars parked there..."
