The room is clean and in a very quiet neighborhood for a good night sleep. It is located 12 blocks away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach. There are excellent coffee shop around the neighborhood and not far away from Italian and South American food restaurant.

The location is wonderful. They give you shampoo conditioner, and body wash as well as all the towels you want they let us store our stuff in the closet while we waited to check in and on our last day, they manager called to check check-in and give us a late checkout. Really amazing for the price.

Art deco district and smaller convenience stores are all within walking distance.The staff were quick to repond and incredibly friendly. The hotel was easy to check in and check out. Parking is located within 2 block walk and can be reserved ahead of time with staff. If you're looking for a no frills and convenient hotel at an affordable price this is the place to go in Miami Beach.

I stayed for one week in a superior king on the second floor. The room was clean and spacious, and the a/c kept the room cool and comfortable. I did not use the sauna feature in the shower because the controls scared me, but there was always plenty of hot water. I appreciate that the hotel management accommodated me by allowing me to store my luggage before check-in. They were also good about checking in to see if all was going well and responded to me very quickly via WhatsApp. I also really well all week. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. I would stay again.

The staff was very attentive but the room was odd. The door to the shower was clear glass so you could fully see the person showering from anywhere in the room. We had to use the futon sheet to block the view. The safe was beyond broken (parts were removed). The location was 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to restaurants and stores,
