街の中心にあって便利で、清潔でした。残念ながら、こちらの駐車場がいっぱいだったので、向かい側のコインパーキングに入れることになりました。

奄美大島でわいわい泊まりたいならここ！
大変フレンドリーなゲストハウス。 なんでもフロントで優しく対応してくれます。 １階はいろんな人が集まって談笑できる場所で レンジや水もおいてあります。 駐車場は少しだけ遠いですが、止められます。 部屋は小さいですが、寝るなら十分ですし 奄美大島らしいといえばらしいです。

2度と行きません
台風で飛行機が飛ばなくなり、急遽予約しました。部屋とトイレ、風呂場は綺麗でしたが、一緒に泊まっている客のマナーが最悪でした。安いゲストハウスだからか学生に見える人が多かったですが、夜中まですごくうるさかったです。1Fのラウンジは24時間のようですが、テレビ観ながら夜中までギャーギャー、、。部屋の壁は薄く、廊下の足音、くしゃみの音、隣の部屋のいびきもまるまる聞こえてきます。そんな中、ヘアドライヤーは23:00-6:00の間は使用禁止の案内もあるのに守らず、廊下で夜中の3〜4時にずっとドライヤーを使用し、おしゃべりをしてました。朝も5-6時にまたドライヤーの音が聞こえて、大きい足音。夜から早朝はスタッフさんがおらず、注意する人もいないのでやり放題の状況。結局一睡もできず、本当に最悪でした。騒音で寝れず、次の日を台無しにしたい方におすすめです。

スタッフには一度も会わず。
口コミでの評判が良いので泊まってみました。 ２人用の個室です。 近くに来たのでもうすぐ着きますと電話を入れて了解しましたと言われたのですが、着いてみるとスタッフは誰も居ませんでした。フロントから電話すると部屋に鍵置いてるから、部屋は何号室だからご自由に泊まってってくださいと言われました。もうすぐ着きますと事前に電話連絡を入れたのにも関わらずです。翌朝、チェックアウトのときもスタッフはおらず。鍵をボックスに入れて出てくださいとの張り紙。結局、最初から最後までスタッフとは会わず施設等の説明もナシ。宿泊する数日前にスタッフがコロナ陽性になったせいか各階の非常階段のドアも開けっ放しでセキュリティ面でも微妙。コレで個室一泊6,700円かぁ。。。ビジネスホテルにすれば良かったなと思いました。施設は古いビルを雑にリノベーションしてる感じでキレイとも言えず。繁華街のど真ん中にあるので立地は悪くありません。ただ、評価ほどかな？と。色々ゲストハウスには泊まってきましたが正直、今までで一番謎な宿でした。

清潔で綺麗です。
家族旅行で利用させてもらいました。オーナーさんは感じの良い方で、トラブルにもこちらが申し訳なくなるくらい丁寧に対応して頂きました。　建物は古いですがお部屋はとても綺麗で清潔でした。アメニティも充実しています。 お部屋には洗濯機も洗剤も置いてあり連泊ならかなり重宝すると思います。 また、利用したいと思います。 今回はありがとうございました。

3階のウィークリー系の部屋に2泊しました。 床がフローリングで冷たく、エアコンなんで、暖かくなりませんでした。 それ以外は改装されて綺麗でした。

一階がオシャレで素敵な空間で寛ぎスペースとなっていました。滞在中の他の宿泊者と仲良くお話しできたりしてとてもよかったです。オーナーの方もとても優しく、色々対応して頂きました。専用の駐車場があるみたいですがわたしが行った時は満車で近くのコインパーキングを利用しました。立地もわかりやすく、繁華街がすぐ近くなのでよかったです。壁が薄いので隣の部屋や廊下の音などは聞こえてしまいますが、特にわたしは気にすることなく利用しました。また機会があれば利用したいです。
