The welcome was fine, but the room was not. There was an extremely strong smell of chlorine — I’m not sure if it was from disinfectants or something else, but it was hard to even breathe in the room. The AC was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on during the night, so we barely slept at all.
Guest service also left a lot to be desired. I asked for some extra water for tea, and after waiting for half an hour in the room, I ended up going downstairs to request it directly. The next day, I asked for a coffee sachet to use in the room, but I was told they didn’t have any and that I could buy one from their restaurant — very unprofessional. After that, I preferred not to interact much with the staff, as they were not friendly at all.
Overall, not worth the price we paid.
