Really Nice Hotel
We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a corner room looking down on both Sapporo Station and towards Susukino and their famous ferris wheel. Highly recommend the room. Beautiful hotel with great view and very convenient location. Staff is so attentive and we always love Japanese hospitality, it is second to none. The train to the airport is just a few minutes away by walking and there are so … many dining and shopping stores nearby. The hotel is connected to underground system that go for miles to many parts of Sapporo. We book room with use of the spa and love it. Would come back again in a heart beat.
