Second time stay, still a wonderful experience. Feel like this may be my go-to Tokyo hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable bath, shower and tub. Great restaurant in the hotel: buffet at breakfast and normal restaurant at dinner. Close to great shops and restaurants in Ginza. Easy access to the Metro via the Hibiya line.

They helped us set up for a group of three and then quickly helped us revert back to two when the third person couldn’t make it. They were very accommodating and friendly throughout the visit. Stunning hotel! The hotel staff helped us with any questions or requests. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and decorated. The rooms are comfortable. The property was located very near the main shopping street of ginza. Restaurants and combini's are within walking distance and a good variety is available. The hotel staff are nice and hotel is clean. The bed though was quite hard for us but all in all the hotel was great. The onsen was a pleasant bonus! They are not strict and allow people with tattoos to enter.
