The staff were absolutely phenomenal! Andre was responsive, kind, willing to work with us when we took a long day trip, and always friendly. He and another staff member helped us with our heavy bags and they helped us book another night when we wanted to extend our trip. The location was wonderful in accessing Firenze easily. The air conditioning was AMAZING. So cold. The man who worked the front desk was wonderful. That being said this is a very basic hotel. It's a walk up. The lobby is not very lobby like and one floor up. The interior is very unfancy. It was no problem, but just letting people know to make an informed decision. The room was quite small. Oh and you can't check in 24 hours. It's a very small establishment. It's not a typical hotel. You get keys not a plastic card type of key which you also need to enter the building. The location was fantastic. I'd say if it is a good deal compared to other hotels it is worth it. It is secure/safe. But make sure you are not arriving late or anything.
