The whole experience was perfect… From check-in to room preparedness, to breakfast choices, to staff attentiveness and helpfulness! The hotel is maintained to a good standard and to a high quality of cleanliness! Caro Premium is a very well-kept property. The location was perfect for my needs - close to restaurants, walking distance to the Night Market and the most beautiful riverside view. I stayed in 1401, the grand suite, with almost 180 degree views & a quiet corner area. The technology in the room is top-notch, with many switches for lighting & comfort. The breakfast is superb - with a good variety & the option to add made-to-order items. The staff really goes above and beyond with service and even though the hotel is in the middle of the city, there is zero noise. I gave 4-stars only for a miscommunication with my very late check-in, though Mien came to the rescue and found a room for me to shower/rest until the next day when i checked into the room I booked originally. The entire property is very clean and the decor is very nice. They even gave me a takeaway box for breakfast when i had an esrly tour. I would 100% stay here again when I'm in Da Nang.

Great bed with quality bedding, great location with a beautiful view of the dragon bridge. The room design was modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all friendly and helpful The only weird thing was they had to charge for a laundry bag that I took by mistake. I have never had to pay for a laundry bag in any other hotels before. But will stay here again if I ever visit Danang again.
