The hotel is a japanese hotel not located in Old Quarter, that makes it very quiet and away from tourists. The standards are up to what you would expect from a Japanese hotel: lot of amenities (including an onsen), free alcohol bar, japanese breakfast. I have tried the 90 min massage and it was the best 40 CAD that I ever invested, it was perfect. I will definitely come back

Clean facility with restaurant and convenience store on 1st floor. Rooms were clean, well maintained. I specifically asked for a room away from noise sources however was assigned a room right next to staff storage and there was a lot of commotion throughout the day. They definitely dropped the ball on this one. Bathrooms lack exhaust vent so after a shower all the steam has nowhere to go. I've seen bathroom exhaust vents in cheaper/older hotels in Vietnam. Water pressure and temperature were very inconsistent. Breakfast was average with mostly Japanese options, not the worst but not special either. Restaurant staff appear confused and kept asking for the breakfast ticket. Overall this is a clean hotel but customer service needs work.

日本のスーパーホテルと全く遜色ありません。部屋の広さは日本よりも広い感じ。 朝食の種類は多くないですが、完璧な日本食をいただけます。 大浴場など施設のメンテナンスも完璧です。 ハノイの中心から少し離れているので、交通手段は手配必須です。
