Well located, good breakfast, clean and comfortable. The only thing we weren’t very impressed with was the food at the hotel restaurant.

Is newly built Hotel. Place looks new and every night I’ve stayed there it has always been well cleaned and maintained. It’s very quiet at night. I always rest well. And I have always been included breakfast complementary on my stayed. Me and my family has always enjoyed our Stay at TruHilton hotel. It will always be my first choice of stay when Im in the area. 8/10 Very good

The staff was great, from the bell boy to the servers. Breakfast very delicious 😋 This hotel is located close to Paseo destino puebla but you need to ride a car to get there. The room was small and clean, the only thing I noticed it was the shower had some kind of red spots on the walls???? Other than that modern and practical to stay few days.

Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute… You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location. I will return to this place again if Im in the area. Also Family Friendly Location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Tru Hilton for an exceptional First Experience. Marco Antonio Muniz

8/10 Very good
