Our 4 night stay became a 1 nighter. One of the”adjoining “ rooms was INACCESSIBLE, forcing us both into ONE room. The inaccessible room opened ONCE, just so I could put my stuff into it.The toilet didn’t work. The next morning, the hosts FINALLY got us into the inaccessible room, so I could retrieve my belongings. There was NO OCEAN VIEW as was advertised. The place was NOTHING AS ADVERTISED. That’s why we left, and expect an 87.5% REFUND. Hotels. com is forcing us to jump through endless HOOPS to get our REFUND! And I’m getting very tired of it!
