Planned it as a relaxed trip and it did, comfortable beds made it even better. The higher level city views are marvelous , we enjoyed a lot. Drinking bottled water , personal cleaning products ( toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush.. etc) are all in compliance with eco-friendly rules. Friendly and excellent services from all hotel staffs plus excellent location , closer to a tourist spot by walking around 18 minutes which is acceptable .Or hotel offer a free ride to wherever we wanna go with a distance within 2KM. Very good staying experiences here.

First time staying at Mandarin Oriental in Shanghai, and what a great experience it was! Front desk staff, fast check in, consierge (forgot name of the Mr.) gave me all needed informations about the hotspots in city! Room, modern, clean and spacious with a nice view over the financial district and the river. Breakfast is diverse, Asian/European style. Gym area is superb, combined with 25m swimming pool, saunas, and massage facilities. Overall good value for the money!

What an incredible stay! Location is perfect since it'a walking distance to the Gala mall with tons of food options, and the surrounding is so clean and quiet. Incredible attention to details, from top to bottom. We got the lounge access room and it was amazing. The buffect breakfast is so conprehensive that my teenage kids both love it. The quality of food is incredible. The michelin 1 star restaurant on premise is really great too. Overall, this hotel had made our stay in Shanghai that much more impressive.

The hotel was on one of the best I have stayed in. Stayed for 9 days. The service was immaculate. I also had club room access which I highly recommend. Jem, Thomas, Stevie and the team offered us a fantastic and friendly service and made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic, although 78 grill could improve the food being the only negative.

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

Mandarin Oriental Pudong was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The service was amazing and the room was stunning, especially the view! We loved and enjoyed every second. Thanks to the whole team of MO Pudong for making our stay in Shanghai so amazing :)
