The location is excellent, you just get out of the property and you are in the main strip. They had upgraded our room and set up the room nicely for our anniversary, really appreaciated it. Nice hotel to feel traditional balinese style accomodation with a beautiful view of ubud palace. the entrance is a bit tricky to find the hotel and the room was too dark in the night. however the view from the hotel is beautiful especially from the lotus cafe!

The room we stayed in was the Saraswati Royal with great Balinese art deco and a lovely outdoor shower. Breakfasts were great next to the lotus pong in the temple. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had massages everyday while we were staying with them and they were great.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff and decent facilities. Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation so the entrance was a dirt path, we also got 'upgraded' to another room but it was older than what we purchased but it appears as though it was slightly bigger but it's not what we paid for. Overall the stay was enjoyable but I wish we were aware of the renovations as it put a fair damper on the stay.

I can’t say enough about my ENTIRE experience at this authentically Balinese property💗‼️ My mini sabbatical was the BEST I could have EVER have asked for😘!! Atmosfera stupenda e consigliatissimo!
L'accoglienza e lo staff sono stati sempre cordiali, sorridenti ed accoglienti e sapevano benissimo l'inglese. Abbiamo approfittato dei tour che offrivano all'interno dell'albergo e abbiamo visto posti favolosi. La nostra camera affacciava sul tempio e la sera si riusciva a vedere lo spettacolo delle danzatrici. La colazione è servita al caffè Lotus ed è abbondante e gustosa. Vi consigliamo tantissimo questo hotel per la vostra permanenza ad Ubud anche per la posizione perché proprio nel centro storico a due passi dal palazzo reale.
