The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic.

Absolutely amazing. The staff, the facility, the area are all excellent. Many different dinning options, a minute walk to the train station and plenty of taxis. Staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. Also assisted with booking a resevation for a long distance transportation and even assisted with luggage. Extrmelly happy. Will be back in two weeks.

This hotel is 3 min away from Hakata Station. Very convenient to major transportation and shopping areas such as Hands and Amu Plaza. They were accommodating in holding our luggage for 4 days while we took a side trip and returned for our stay. The room on the annex side was large for 3 adults with 3 beds. It was remodeled with an updated shower with jets and we loved the laundry steamer/refresher in the room. We used it every day and our clothes came out wrinkle free. The coin laundry is on the other side of the hotel so it was a little inconvenient to get to. We had the buffet breakfast in the hotel. It had the typical Japanese breakfast items that didn’t change during our stay. By the 5th day, it was a little tiresome, but the quality and flavor of the food was good. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for the value, convenience and quality of service.

No decent night sleep
The bed was not comfortable, have to turn off everything to sleep without any noise but then the room became very stuffy. Have to turn the aircon back on but then it too noisy Didn’t have a decent night sleep

Merits: Property was very close to the Hakata train station. Shopping areas and restaurants were all walking distance. The convenience stores were right outside the hotel. Demerits: What was disappointing was our request for an extra hour to check out was denied despite us staying for 7 nights. We tried to dine in the hotel restaurant and wanted a certain table but we were being forced to take another table that we didn't like. But I would say the plus points outweighed the not so good service.

The overall stay is satisfactory, near the Hakata station, quite convenient for shopping, dining, transportation and taking night snack. I think the accommodation is also good, the facility and room services is well provided. Two things that make me kind of uncomfortable, is first the room area is tight, don't have too much space, and second is the air conditioner doesn't work well.

Very close to station. Very good complimentary coffee. The location is quiet as it is not on the main entrance direction. Because of that, it needs a bit further walk to the subway and bus stations on the main entrance side where has more food options.

Comfortable Stay
One night layover in a Deluxe Double with Queen sized bed. Room was a good size. Breakfast was great. Near Hakata Station. The Lawson near the front entrance is under renovation but there’s a Family Mart facing the back exit. Very convenient.
