I was disappointed with the lack of support when my 14yo autistic daughter got electrocuted by the room hairdryer it blew all our power circuits which were fixed, yet only an apology was offered - sorry mam. I requested for burn cream as the shock blew out of hair dryer and burnt her arm near wrist. Apart from the cream and a sorry no offer to seek medical care until the next day when we were to fly out I asked for them to get a doctor as she was experiencing pain down her arm since the shock- which they couldn’t do they just offered to call me a taxi or ambulance so I could take her to the hospital. This should have been promptly done at the time of the incident not an afterthought when I was the one who requested it. I didn’t feel the follow up or lack of was adequate and level of support in this situation was poor. Good, attentive customer service is what separates excellence from average.
