Holiday Stay
The check-in seemed to be seamless and when we arrived in our room, we discovered the bathroom sink would not drain. I went down to the front and ask them to have it fixed. They said they would have somebody come up and do it that evening upon returning, it still wasn’t fixed. I had to remind them and on our second day someone came in and fixed it. On our fifth day the toilet plugged up and when I went to front counter to tell them, they handed me a toilet plunger. I went up to the bathroom and unplugged it I feel it should’ve been their job. The food at the Continental breakfast was marginal to say the least.

It is a warm, spacious and friendly hotel, we stayed in mainly to visit our relatives for surprise in Christmas! We enjoyed very much during our stay with a good healthy breakfast provided! Thank you!

This is run down hotel. Things work but it is like whoever decided decor clearly didn’t care.. the carpet isn’t pulled tight, there is huge gap between tile floor and bathtub, curtains torn.

do not stay here.
horrible. i will attach photo of grand suite. dirty, carpers stained, curtains falling off, cabinets missing drawers and doors vents blowing dirt out see walls patch work in wall never repainted. just overall bad. this was our ladies trip been doing it for 35 plus years this was horrible. we were unable to book anywhere else in late notice with out paying extreme rates so we stated tge in night of a 4 day trip and we all went back home. which for some is 4 hours or more. so sad. have photos yo submit but not letting me upload. . contact me and i will be happy to submit
