We will never stay again in this hotel nor in any Eurostars hotel. They repetitively refused to reimburse us an extra night that was booked by MISTAKE despite making the reservation MONTHS ahead of the trip, and despite notifying them IMMEDIATELY after reserving. We sent multiple emails. They kept throwing us back and forth between Expedia and their management, with a negative answer at every single time. We even tried to reason them personally upon checking in. They could have accepted and sold the night to another client easily, without making a fuss and without losing a frequent traveler customer! They didn't even make up for it during our stay, not even an upgrade. Everything is documented by emails. Several persons managing this hotel, including the front office director, operations manager and regional director should resign or be fired. What a shame ! Congratulations Eurostars: you made a little extra money by tricking / benefiting from a simple unintended mistake of your client who clicked an extra day while reserving.
