Staff Indifference
Rooms are not updated and smell a little.. Ours was a family travel, the door on one of our rooms was not working and went to the front desk and they had us change rooms... Our rate was pre-paid including breakfast but the lady at the restaurant said we were not on her list and made my wife & son pay for breakfast. They paid because they felt embarrased they way the lady at the restaurant was telling them to pay in front of other guests... When I went to the front desk they confirmed our rate included breakfast but that they couldn't do anything as it was different systems... I went to back to the restaurant and the under trained lady could not resolve the issue. I asked for the general manager, was told that he/her was not available as it was a day off for him/her... They supposedly called the food director a Mr Scott, after waiting for over an hour for him at the lobby he never showed up... I had to leave and continue my travel... Called back a couple of hours later and spoke to Marianne (I might have her name wrong), wgo said she was the front desk manager, who said she would take this matter to the appropriate people, and left my phone number with her... Nobody ever called back... In my mind they commited fraud on me... I tried to resolve this matter in good faith, but nobody from the staff seems to care about the customer.
