Double room has only queen size bed. Impossible to sleep for 2 adults . Size of luggage room for such a huge hotel is minimum. Very polite and nice receptionists but enough personnel : when needed to pick up my luggage wirh taxi waiting outside has to wait a lot cause she was alone and complete overwhelmed wirh phone calls, food deliveries among other things. Need definitely more front desk personnel

What a gem!

Perfect stay Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and got us checked in early which was amazing. Needed an iron and called reception and had it promptly brought to my room. Room was lovely and clean bathroom also very clean, Netflix etc on tv, comfy bed tea and coffee and a fridge. Honestly cannot fault this place at all. Amazing price for such a great room. Unbelievable location too. 5* brilliant hotel and staff

Great hotel in London near to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate tube station is 5 mins walk away and there are plenty of buses nearby. There are some great pubs close to hotel for dinner so everything is very central. Hotel is modern and clean with pleasant staff. We would stop there again if back in London.

The "executive double" room we were originally given was nothing like the photo, it was in the roof and I couldn't stand in half of the room. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room and that had bugs in. But, at least it had Aircon because it was I hospitably hot when we got there.

The Ideal Base for Exploring London – Highly Recommended! I had a truly wonderful stay at the Commodore Hotel. The room was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the temperature just right throughout my visit. The front desk staff were always friendly and incredibly helpful, offering great advice whenever I had questions or needed suggestions. The location is fantastic — there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the nearest Tube station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around London. Hyde Park is directly across the street, providing a beautiful view and a peaceful place to relax. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I will definitely be staying here again!
