Hotel Suizo

One of the friendliest staffs I've ever encountered! Our trip was a little derailed and they were so gracious in helping us fix things. I just loved everyone there. We arrived very late and the check-in was quick and they helped us to our room. Even after midnight people were still milling around the square below our window. When we shut the windows, there was almost no sound. The hotel is in a perfect location with the metro station right outside the front door. It's located on the edge of the Gothic District so you can walk to the Cathedral, Las Ramblas, and down to the beach. You can take the metro to everywhere else--very easy to use. The machine at the bottom of the stairs will sell at T-10 card (ten tickets). The breakfast is very nice. It's a mix of regional meats, cheeses, with eggs and pastries. I had a chocolate crescent dipped in Nutella every morning. The beds were very comfortable. The room temp in December was perfect. The water pressure was great. I could not have loved this place any more than I did. I would definitely stay here again!

Really poor customer service - unwilling to help out and overall unaccommodating. Find another hotel that’s friendly and willing to help you!

Very good location, near main attractions for the trip, subway is right in front of hotel very convenient, restaurants are near by only a few minutes of walking.

Amazing location and very friendly/helpful staff. Compared to nearby hotels, this one (while not fancy) was the best overall. We stayed at 3 in the area.
