The Good:
The rooms are bright, clean, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.
A shared pantry on each floor is a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to refill water or grab a tea bag whenever needed.
The location is fantastic—right next to Zürich HB, making it incredibly convenient for travelers.
The Not-So-Good:
The concept of a combined reception and bar sounds modern but doesn’t work well in practice. The check-in process is frustrating, and there’s often no one readily available to answer simple questions about the hotel.
Service at the bar was disappointing—despite having more staff than guests, we waited 40 minutes for our welcome drink on arrival.
Breakfast options are very limited, with almost no hot food available aside from boiled eggs, which feels underwhelming for the price.
Overall, while the hotel has great potential, the service model and breakfast experience could use some rethinking to better meet guest expectations.
