The hotel was very clean throughout, both in the main entrance and on the casino floor. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, where possible. The dealers were professional and engaging.
The hotel room was clean and organized. The only challenge with the room was that the AC unit inside was very loud, louder than normal. It made it difficult to sleep. The other challenge with the room is that the hardwood floor would get slippery after someone took a shower. I think the steam from the shower made the floor slick. We had to be careful not to slip and fall. Over all it was a good place to stay, but I think I would ask for a room with a carpet.
