Incredible hotel in a great area of London. Particularly great if you’re into music and theatre due to the history of the area. Staff are always super accommodating here and the rooms are incredibly unique.

We were greeted by a wonderful team who could not be more helpful, check in was smooth and the room was amazing the only regret was that we didn't stay longer. This was probably the coolest hotel we've ever stayed at. We were with our 2 teens and they were very impressed. The sound system alone was amazing! And the vibe was just really special. We also loved the restaurant Thirteen and had some of the best sushi we've ever had. Great service, great location. If we are even in London again we will no question book this hotel.

Frederick Saved the Day!

Disappointed upon arrival that the room was not ready at 3pm as you would expect without fail for a property of this standard - I was not the only one with the same issue. That said the team were apologetic and did their best with getting me a room asap (which was an upgrade). Then I would add that Frederick, the senior butler, was amazing and really did everything he could to make the stay delightful. This hotel is special and the apartment was simply stunning and incomparable to anything else I have stayed at in London (including most of the 5* hotels).
