Everything was good but the restroom was a little small for my liking & I prefer a shower instead of the tub.

歯ブラシなどの備品は電話でお願いするシステムに変わっていたが、連絡するとすぐに持ってきてくれた。使わないものがあるともったいないから、これはいいのかもしれない。 駐車場はいつも満車でなかなかスペースを見つけられなかった。なぜあんなに車が多いのか不思議

メインタワーに滞在予定でした。 コネクションルームだったのですが、壁が薄く隣部屋が余りにもうるさく最低な気持ちで朝を迎えました。 夜中三度クレームを受付に電話で行い三回目でやっとセキュリティーが出てきましたが結果何も変わらず。 ただ翌朝受付に流石に部屋を変えて欲しいと言いに行ったらすでに動いていた様で、気持ちよく変更をしてくれました。 タシタワーに変更になりましたが作りも違い非常に良い滞在ができました。 受付のスタッフは皆本当に感じがよく素晴らしかった。 特にElyという女性スタッフは本当に素晴らしい。 ありがとう！
