First impressions from the front desk was very unwelcoming. I felt like the lady didn’t have a consistent approach and warmth for all guests. On the first morning, beach towels weren’t available until about 10:30am. The previous day in the afternoon, none were available.
The majority of the staff at the bar and restaurant were nice and provided a much better customer experience. But overall, the whole vibe was killed when checking in. I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in St Lucia. Doubt I’ll return here.
