Good location, clean and instructions to get property easy and the snack and drink fridge a bonus.
However akthough bed was comfy did creak alot . Also kept awake due to the plumbing making a noise like someone drilling on and off and also made shower vibrate a come on so sounded like heavy rain, such ashame

Fine. Beds were wobbly and felt like they might break when you got in. It’s an old Victorian house so the sound travels a lot - people were thankfully considerate but any noise in the halls is really loud. They were having issues with the soap dispensers and we had to contact the staff - who aren’t on site - to come bring us soap as we had none. Otherwise, it’s a lovely location and did the trick.

Room was extremely small and you couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom. Very tired looking. Twin room was up a flight of stairs which proved difficult for my disabled companion.

I did this when the hotel sent me a feedback request. But for the record here, I loved it. It was strange at first but as I got into the whole self checkin thing, I loved it, and the room was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Totally recommended 👌 👍

Bathroom was tiny so was a struggle using shower and im not big.. could here the room above and to the sides and they was not even noisey.. stairs creeked.. for £110 for one night was a rip off.. location not in good area.. would not recomend staying here..

Let down by building work
The room had been made up to a high standard however the area it was in was pretty bad.
It was not a Hotel and I feel the £150
We spent in vouchers as a present from two of our sons was wasted !!!
There was scaffolding either being erected or being taken down. There was a drain company there this morning. We were woken up at 5.20am this morning by someone banging about near our room !!!!
