Hotel has been open for a few weeks still smells new! Problem with my check in I selected the wrong dates Kenaju at the front desk was awesome. We joked about it and in the end she was super pay with it all and it was resolved.

‘I always feel like somebody’s watching me’

I was surprised to arrive after dark to no lights on outside and the door locked for customer safety. Though someone came to open the front door with me after several minutes, it was very unwelcoming and felt more like a prison than a hotel. There were hairs in the shower and the toilet seat was up, which is a pet peeve of mine. The staff was very kind when interacting with them, but feeling like my every move in and out of the hotel, my room, felt over-reaching and creepy. I would not stay there again.

We stayed in a King Suite room 325. It was hot all night and the air would not cool it down. The air kept turning off. When it was bed time we could not find linens for the pull out couch. Instead of bringing them up to us, she told us to come get the linens. I was not impressed.

When I had first gotten to my room and opened the door there were bath towels on the floor and 1 of the 2 beds there were already messed up like someone has just left there. I just ended up sleeping on the bed that was already made because of how tired I was. i was hoping that the room would of been cleaned up from the other people that were staying there before me. The trash bins had already had trash in them some of hte trash was food as well. I felt like the room was unsanitary and if I wasn't as tired as I was I probably would of said something to it about house keeping. When I had taken a shower there was already someones hair sticking to the wall which disturbed me as well.

When we arrived, there was a gentleman in the lobby informing the front desk that a strange man entered his room using a key. He was demanding to know who else had a key. He was told no one did. How this intruder got into his room was unknown but as soon as the man confronted the intruder, he took off. I asked if the hotel had cameras and they said they did but couldn’t access them without the manager, who was not present. I asked if they had security and they do not. The young woman at the front desk did not take this concern seriously and was trying to pretend it hadnt happened. I did not feel comfortable staying with my 2 teenage daughters knowing some strange man was entering rooms. We cancelled and left. However, Expedia still charged us. Beware!
