An excellent variety for breakfast and dinner.

Pleasant stay

We have stayed at this Premiere Inn many times. Fine room and good breakfast
Thomas, 5-night trip

The staff here made the stay so enjoyable. They are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and so convenient when traveling with a toddler. The location being close to the tube station was also a huge plus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the building needs some repairs, but rooms were clean.
Daniel, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in a very good localization for underground connections and it has a lot of restaurants oppen until 23h.
Rocio, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was ok, as most London hotels. A bit short on staff made check-in take a long time. The rest was great. Clean room. We had a family room for 4. Would book it again! Close to tubestation.

6/10 Good

The Bed was comfortable. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. I did not like that there was no dressers or draws to put your clothes away and no extra hangers were available for any rooms

Staff were very nice and attentive. Breakfast always cooked fresh. Location is very connected. Only negative is if your room is on the annex, it is a maze getting to it.

I mistook to reserve the rooms and needed one more night. A staff kindly called her boss and coordinate our room for one more night in busy season. Totally satisfied and deeply appreciate it!
Akira, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Breakfast pretty medium to slightly disappointing but as expected. Biggest problem to hot in room. Was livable in October. Would not go there in summer. Pretty much as expected otherwise. Bed was a bit hard. But ok value for money. Decent location.
Anette, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Everything was good except for a female staff member that was at the front desk upon my arrival, she was rude, unpleasant and condescending.
Rita, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

A good quality hotel for a family of four. Once the three beds were set up there isn't much room to move around, but if you're only sleeping there it's fine. Comfortable beds and great air-conditioning made it very comfortable room to sleep. The only complaint I would have is that the shower failed to drain properly so after a short shower you were standing in your dirty water to above your feet, and certain parts of the room clearly hadn't been cleaned or dusted.
Graham, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Breakfast was ok for one day but I would not recommend for more days. The room was not clean properly, the carpet was dirty, the shower drain was clogged up with hair. Hotel doesn’t clean the room unless you specifically ask for it and every day you have to add it to the list. Location is excellent but I would not recommend this Hotel
Rafael, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room was dated, no air conditioner and there wasn’t even a phone to contact the reception.
Lobna, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Overall stay was ok , except the day we were checked in , the person who checked us was not very helpful. I requested for internet service she told us it’s free . I was not able to get that i requested again because i was getting the page again and again that I have to pay. She stated are you from India , instead of helping me. After few mins she helped us finally , when I guess can be done earlier. When we were having breakfast on Saturday the lady was very nice she told me she is New and getting training , she was able to provide us GF bread as one of our family member was allergic, I was really thank ful for that.
Farah, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Short walk to the tube station. This property is not airconditioned. So the room was hot even in the nights. I had to open the windows, however, the noise from some type of equipment from the outside limited the ability to have a good night sleep. Plus, the District line runs above ground right outside of the hotel at the Earl's Court station. This is a very frequent train. The only saving grace it that is stops running about 1:00pm.
TWILA MAE, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst experience of my life. We arrived early, and were immediately told to come back later because “you’re here too early and we are booked”. Not hello, not welcome to Premier Inn, but “come back later”. Elizabeth the receptionist was absolutely rude and unhelpful, finally begrudgingly offering luggage tags for us to store our luggage while we waited. If you are a glutton for punishment and enjoy having your calls unanswered (much less picked up), then this might be the place for you! The only thing this place is “premier” in, is hostility.
tatiana, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Certainly! Here’s a respectful but honest hotel review that highlights your experience: ⸻ ★☆☆☆☆ My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist had difficulty explaining the details of my Expedia booking clearly, and her tone came across as frustrated, which made the check-in process feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel had recently changed the keypads, and our key didn’t work — we had to go back to the front desk three separate times to get it resolved. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. I hope the hotel improves both staff communication and the reliability of their key system
