Hotel overall was Great! Super cute inside, modern looking and so spacious would be amazing if staying longer with full kitchen. Location was ok for what we needed, 10 minute drive from the cruise port. Not as many close places to grab things late at night compared to other locations we have stayed at, lot of construction in the area.
My only complaint is about the valet parking, they need some improvement in regards to when picking up your vehicle. We used the app they told us before checking out which should have allowed them plenty of time to get the car, at least 20 minutes. After waiting for another 10 minutes outside while we watched 3 workers talking and doing nothing we asked for an update on our car. That is when they finally took the key and went to get the car and we were told to walk through the building all the way to the back street. No help with our luggage, not convenient. Once the man finally got our car, he proceeded to speak with other workers again not offering any help or assistance with our luggage. I think the service was horrible, and would have preferred to do self park if that is the kind of service your hotel provides, terrible. Dropping off the car we had no issue the night before and the workers were very friendly, disappointing to end the stay this way.
