Great stay, the staff is very friendly and helped out with selecting hiking routes. One thing that should be improved is a bar menue or easier room service menue. The only option is a set menue, five course dinner. Views are great, the rooms very well done and exceptional parking facilities!

Hotel Recort exceeded our expectations! The entire property was impeccably clean, even the underground garage was so spotless you could practically eat off the floor. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. The location strikes a perfect balance: close to plenty of attractions, yet peaceful and secluded enough to feel like a true nature retreat. We loved hearing the gentle tinkling of bells from nearby cows and goats in the otherwise peaceful surroundings. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping valley views, picturesque mountain vistas, and dramatic peaks rising nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, blending traditional Alpine charm with modern elegance. We visited in the fall and absolutely loved it, but we're already dreaming of returning in winter for skiing, especially with a lift connecting to the Sella Ronda right across the road. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place was immaculate. AMAZING hospitality (so kind and welcoming), beautiful location and hotel, *delicious* dinner with a menu that changes every night. Breakfast and dinner were included. The dinner was a take on local cuisine and apparently the produce was all locally grown/sourced. The breakfast buffet had a plethora of options. The spa services were so good. My husband received a sports massage and said it was one of the best he’s received. The sauna, pool, and relaxation rooms were truly some of the best I’ve ever been to. The location of the hotel is convenient to hiking and many lifts (whether you’re hiking or skiing). They also hide bike rentals at the hotel if you wanted to do any biking (I didn’t check if they had road and mountain bikes, though). This place is 100% worth the stay. We will be coming back here for certain!

Établissement très beau, personnel au top, propreté parfaite, bonne cuisine. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. Accès aux pistes de ski et remontées juste de l’autre côté de la route. L’espace piscine et spa est super calme et magnifique. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement.

I highly recommend this hotel! It was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful; they even helped me find my lost wallet. The property is perfectly located right at the starting point of the Gardena Pass. The mountain view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. I definitely recommend using the spa to relax and take in that amazing view.
