The rooms are not secure. Everyone has the same entry code to their room, which includes the room number, the only difference is that you change the room number, which is, of course, posted at your door. Any current or past guest and anyone working there can enter your room at any time. Do not leave valuables! Someone tried to enter my room one night but I, feeling unsafe, kept a chair and water bottles in front of the door. Luckily they fled after feeling the resistance on the door. The rooms with a golf course view also have a dog pen view. The golf course keeps about 5 dogs in a small fenced in area right next to the apartments. The dogs howl, yip, and yap all day and all night. There are two AC units with only 1 remote. The units don't often respond correctly and it is very difficult to keep a constant and comfortable temperature in the unit. The AC units completely stopped working one night and the apartment got very hot after that. The kitchen is incomplete and you are only provided with 3 very small plates and very small bowls. No cutting board. To prepare a meal you will need too use every single dish available. The couch was dirty and had food wrappers in the cushions. Only one very thin blanket is provided. Other than the dirty couch, the apartment was very clean. Also the staff were very friendly.
