Everything is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hospitality is very nice. Only the room cleaning is not good. They are just arranged without cleaning. I hope to raise the level of room cleaning; but the hotel is worth visiting. The check in and checkout are more than wonderful and quick to respond.

Clean and Welcoming

It was a new hotel that just opened for a few months and so the room was very clean and modern. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Very helpful.

Base Geneva is a new apartment hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful, close to train station/bus/tram and walking proximity to various Geneva site. The place has a gym, laundry and rooftop to enjoy a drink. Definitely if I return to Geneva and plan to stay here again. 👍

Superb hotel

This new hotel has everything you could ask for. Very friendly and helpful staff, brand new apartments with quality fixtures and fittings. Kitchen accessories first class. New laundry facilities. Roof top lounge area. Location is close to trains and trams. Very quiet street. Don’t walk from station take 14 or 18 tram one stop.

Staff speak many languages and are super friendly and ready to help. The hotel was unique in that it had a kitchenette and all the necessary utensils. Everything is refreshed, cleaned, and stocked up daily. Beds are made every day, and towels are replaced. The view from the rooftop is spectacular. Location is great. A?C didn't work, though.
