This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the little bath spa in the room was as great the kids had a blast. They have ramen and cereal with milk 24/7 if you want a snack and is free. There’s also a 7eleven next to the place. Is well centet d lots of retaurants and even though is on a busy well known street it is quiet. We absolutely love this and it is now our favorite place to stay in Seoul. We are looking forward for lot more stays

The hotel is really well located ! Very clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly The hotel offers milk, bread with jam and noodles which is really convenient Close to nice places to visit and transportation I would recommend it I would just recommend to put a towel rack into the bathroom.

Very new hotel & spa, quite and nice area , friendly front desk staffs , both of them can speaker English. Walking distance to very famous Onion Cafe and aslo near Hanok Village. 7-11 near by this hotel. But the hotel room too small to open our big luggages…..

Room - Stayed one night for biz in the standard room. A bit small, lacking in storage space (as mentioned by other travelers) but clean, and cozy. Bathroom/shower room was quite spacious, though. Loved their neck support pillow and crisp bed linen. Really slept well. (I ended up buying the same pillow!) // Area - Lots of good eateries and small unique bars nearby in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff - super friendly, good communication. Will definitely revisit.

Quiet at night. Felt very safe walking around alone. Lots of tourists during the day for Bukchon village and Changdeokgung palace so plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. 5 mins walk from Anguk metro station. In fact I got all the way there on public transport from Incheon Airport. Staff were lovely especially Teresa who has excellent English. The room was very clean, tidy and well maintained. It is very small though. As I am a single traveller that was ok but no wardrobe or storage space really. Kettle, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap all provided. Breakfast was very basic - toast, cereal, noodles, coffee. It was also a bit tricky to find as it is tucked away behind the shops on the main street.

Well located hotel for the area a few minutes to a buzzing area for food and drink. Close to the underground for easy access to the city and an easy walk to the Palace. One thing to note is check-in is 6pm and you are charged to leave your bags or if you want to access your room any earlier. Coming off a long international flight this is annoying. The room was fine with a mini-fridge and tv with streaming channels.
