Helpful gentleman at the reception. Quick check in. Hotel was almost empty in early june. Street parking with few spaces available, have to use Parking Tbilisi app to pay, 1 GEL/hour. Nine patio restaurant is part of the property, excellent service and food and wine and reasonably priced. Room for a family of three had three twin beds, and was fairly spacious. Leaky shower stall and somewhat worn furniture. Free breakfast part of a deal. Overall we are happy.
