The hotel is walkable to the night market with lots of food options especially seafood. The free bus stops are next door to the hotel which makes it so convenient to go to Grand World or the airport. The room is very spacious and modern. A king bed is comfortable. We wish the hotel would provide liquid hand soap rather than the little soap bar (more environmental friendly). The breakfast had many healthy choices. Unfortunately, it’s never open on time. It supposed to opens at 6:30am but never fully set.

I was extremely disappointed about the staffs' attitude especially the receptionist at the front desk, his name is Tam. It was my second time visiting this hotel. They made a mistake with our booking as we booked for a deluxe room with 2 twin beds. However, they only offered us with the option of having one double bed. Nobody mentioned about the breakfast so we missed our first day of free breakfast. We won't recommend to any of our relatives or friends if the service or attitude don't change.

Excellent, modern hotel located centrally on the west main road of the island. Room was excellent, super comfortable beds, good shower and all other essential amenities.
On our many travels, this hotel was up there as one of the best we have stayed.
Breakfast was great, different food each day. Thanks to all the breakfast staff who made our stay a great experience, especially Canh and the omelette lady who made one each day for me.
Rooms were quiet, aircon was consistent to keep the hot and humid conditions at bay.
One slight gripe about the hotel. The top floor pool was great but with only concrete beams overhead and no roof, you were always exposed to the hot sun. There were also no umbrellas. These would have made it more pleasant using the pool area.
The hotel is within a short walk to nearby foodstalls and restaurants. Outside the hotel there are free bus stops which can take you North up to Vinpearl Grandworld and south to the airport.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and highly recommed this hotel to anyone planning to visit the lovely island of Pho Quoc.

The first impression was already bad. On arrival, not only that the staff who was handling luggages for an outgoing guests (not sure if he's a bellboy) simply chose to completely ignore us even after he was done with it, we were also met with a strong smell in the lobby that was very unpleasant.
On subsequent days of our stay we found that the staff including the front desk personnel generally avoid eye contact with the guests, let alone smiling at or greeting them.
The hotel is supposed to be new but our room already shows signs of wear and tear, such as chipped paints and balcony door that doesn't lock due to low quality finishing. The bath/shower is the worst of any places we've been, as the placement of the shower head is way too low for a handfree shower, and the tub has no enclosure so the entire floor is wet after each shower (picture attached). This alone made it the least comfortable hotel stay of all.
Adding to that is the non-existence sound insulation, which allows traffic noise, bar music and human conversations to reach our ears late into the night despite being on the top floor.
During our one week stay, we only aked for house keeping once on day 4, but we were disappointed to notice that none of the beddings were changed.
If there is anything to write home about this stay, it must be the unostructed view of the ocean as seen from the couch (see picture). Just don't move torwards the balcony and look down to your left (see picture).

Jag hade ett jättestort rum på 5 vån med utsikt mot havet. Personalen var hjälpsam och väldigt trevlig. Han som skötte baren vid poolen hade alltid ett leende och var hjälpsam. Killen i receptionen glad och hjälpsam. Noggrann städpersonal. God och riklig frukost. Massagen var seriös och gjorde ett bra jobb.

優點：
1）房間闊落，面向海灘，景色不錯！
2）早餐種類算多，有中式點心、越式、西式選擇，而且每天都有某些款式不同，味道尚可。水果新鮮。
3）酒店職員一般有禮。
4）機場有免費 VinBus 搭乘到酒店對出, 亦可在此站搭到 Grand World.
5) 步行數分鐘，亦有 SunWorld Free Shuttle Bus 可乘搭，交通算方便。
缺點：
1）酒店房間最大問題出在浴室，浴缸安裝比較高，進入時要非常小心
2）沒有浴屏或浴簾，如果用花灑淋浴，難免有水花濺到地上
3）本人旅遊一般不會用浴缸，只會淋浴，但水力實在太弱，亦可能因為這個原因，開水很久都不夠熱
4）洗手盆安裝本身已經距離太遠，還在洗手盆枱面側邊安裝一個掛毛巾的架，令刷牙洗面距離更加遠，很不方面 ！
5）房間地上不時有黑色的昆蟲爬行，不知是否從水渠爬進來的。
6）最後，房間有兩個需付費的杯麵，雖然我沒有吃，但發現其中一個已經過期。建議清潔房間的員工，每天 檢查一下食物飲品有否過期，如有需要，便更換及棄掉過期食物和飲品。
期望酒店管理人跟進一下問題，希望你們盡力改善。
