The best part of my stay was the beautiful sea view from the 24th floor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were extremely disappointing.
When I checked in, there was food from previous guests left in the refrigerator, and it took THREE DAYS and several reminders to have it removed. The bathroom and mirror were dirty, and even getting toilet paper required multiple requests.
Housekeeping is provided every three days, but even after cleaning, the floors were not properly washed or vacuumed and hair was still left in the bathroom.
The worst part was the attitude of the staff. Basic requests felt like an inconvenience to them rather than part of the service we paid for.
Beautiful view, but very poor cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Unfortunately, my overall experience in Georgia, especially Batumi, was very disappointing\. Customer service was almost nonexistent — very little friendliness, few smiles, and often not even a simple “please” or “thank you\.” In restaurants, service was extremely slow, and we often felt like customers were an inconvenience\. We also noticed that attitudes sometimes changed after people heard us speaking Russian\. In places without clearly displayed prices, we even felt prices were higher once Russian was spoken\. I can only describe my personal experience, but I did not feel welcome\. Sadly, I would not return to Georgia or recommend it to my friends and family.
