We stayed here for a couple of days during a ski vacation with our children. The hotel has a modern, playful Moxy vibe, and everything feels brand new. The lobby is thoughtfully designed as a social space, which works well for après-ski, and the complimentary breakfast is a good perk.
That said, as a newly opened property, there were several operational hiccups that affected our stay. We were left waiting for the shuttle after being told it would arrive in 15 minutes; it ultimately took 45 minutes, and we had to call ourselves to get an update. Our valet request was confirmed twice but never processed. Housekeeping also required follow-up. In addition, breakfast hours had been adjusted without notice, resulting in a 30-minute wait when we arrived. Most concerning, a wooden panel on the upper bunk bed fell off—fortunately, our child was not in the bed at the time.
Overall, no big miss but together they made the experience less seamless and enjoyable than we had hoped. Giving it 3 stars for now, but probably 4 in time.
