Customer service and valet service was exceptional. The hotel restaurant had a delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds were very restful.
Everything I needed to do was in walking distance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had some flight changes that actualy put me in nashville several hours earlier than expected. The staff was gracious enough to get me checked in even though it was only 10 am. Was very suprised and thankful for that. I do not remember the clerks name at the desk but she was tall wavy blond hair and so very friendly and welcoming with a great smile, she made the morning for sure! The only bummer was that the room I was assigned to hadn't been cleaned. BUT WAIT, the super hero front desk staff simply switched the room and the rest of the stay was flawless. The breakfast was hot and simply delicious. I'll be back... for sure.
