There was a nice view from both the hotel shared areas and the room. The kitchenette with mini fridge and the washer and dryer were helpful. The room was clean but smelled of bleach and the floors were a little sticky from the recent cleaning, so we wanted to leave the slider door open to air it out but there was no screen door to stop bugs from entering with it open. Our TV had no signal so we were unable to use it. The restaurant service was okay. The location is very convenient to the airport and to downtown. Would be happy to stay again for a travel day, as we did, but not throughout one's vacation.

Severely lacking in customer service. Most of the employees give attitude when answering questions. Also, maneuvering around the property was difficult. The resort is NOT located in a walkable area either so if you’re someone that likes to explore on foot, I suggest staying

This was a great resort with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The food at the restaurant was great and the service was fab! (Make sure to sit in Reese's section!) The front desk staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and the girl in the gift store was so friendly, I think her name was Denise. Highly recommend for a fun trip away.

The room was clean and standard and did include all of the promised amenities. We appreciated having the ability to cook for ourselves and to do laundry (even though the washer and dryer were in the same tiny room with the toilet). The view from the balcony was stellar, so much so that it almost made up for the pitfalls of the place. Problems: (1) hotel neighbors who smoked MJ and blasted loud music until 4 AM (not sure this was the hotel’s fault, although it seems they should have some sort of security making the rounds). (2) not very flexible/accommodating housekeeping staff, who would not bring us fresh towels until they saw we had bundled ours up a certain way and placed them outside. (3) no housekeeping services until the fifth day of our six-day stay (how is that helpful?), and then they picked up and moved most of our personal belongings, which I thought that housekeeping staff should not do. They even threw away some of the things my son was keeping, thinking they were garbage.

Resort was amazing. It is centralized to where you can visit anywhere! A car was a must for us. We were there for 8 days and didn’t stop at all. We were go go. The resort was beautiful. The room was more than we expected. Only downside was some of the staff seemed a little rude. Like more annoyed to help than anything. Don’t get me wrong…we had some wonderful interactions with staff. But a few were kind blah. Kinda like they were annoyed at us asking for the simplest of things. I get it…it’s busy and crowded…but something as simple as a key card not working shouldn’t resort in attitude and basically being called a liar. Lol. We were more shocked than anything. We kinda laughed it off. Maybe she was having a rough morning…not sure. But it was ok. Just small things like that. And basically not knowing what to do or where to go seemed hard when asking for help. We were given the simplest of answers and had to ask even more questions. We eventually just figured it out. I would 100% stay here again though! Like I said, we did have some amazing conversations and help from some of the staff!

The best parts of the stay included the location (centralized) and the food!! As a southerner, there's a level of respect expected. The Pool Bartenders were not as amazing as the dinner bartender, but this is a lovation you do not have yo leavr.
