Great breakfast with attentive staff, room perfectly maintained each day, beautiful decor and a quiet but not boring neighborhood away from the busier downtown area. Very accessible with Bolt/Uber and police transport. In the summer the AC is not too powerful, so keep that in mind if booking higher floors that get baked in the sun. Will definitely have this hotel as a #1 choice whever we come back.

Very clean and nice hotel. They have a smart key entry system so that you can come back to the hotel late at night if you need to. Very close from a tram stop, 3 minutes. And 4 minutes from a metro station. Fairly good breakfast service.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel ! Très bien situé, à 3 stations de métro du centre. Le métro et des stations de tramway sont à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Il y a également des restaurants et des supérettes à proximité immédiate. J.ai d'abord réservé une chambre standard. Suite à une annulation de vol par la compagnie, j'ai pris une suite junior pour une nuit supplémentaire (c'était la dernière chambre libre et je ne voulais pas changer d'hôtel). La chambre standard était très spacieuse et très agréable, avec une belle hauteur de plafond (id. pour la salle de bain). Il y avait une bouilloire avec thé, tisane, café, sucre, un petit frigo, deux tasses, deux verres à pied et un décapsuleur. La suite (avec partie salon, donc) était superbe et très volumineuse, avec un lit king size. En plus de la bouilloire, il y avait une cafetière expresso avec des capsules de café et des dosettes de lait. Et aussi des peignoirs épais ! Le petit-déjeuner se prend dans une salle très joliment décorée, de style ancien. Il était très varié et très copieux ! Il y en avait vraiment pour tous les goûts. Les pâtisseries, viennoiseries et entremets (appelés puddings) sont faits par le chef (très bons), et le pain aussi, je crois (plusieurs sortes de pain). Les personnes chargées de l'approvisionnement étaient très attentives à ce que rien ne manque. Les personnes de l'accueil étaient très aimables et toujours désireuses de rendre service. Si je reviens à Prague, je réserverai à nouveau ici sans hésitation.
