First they tried twice to charge me a pet fee for my service dog, which is a violation of federal law and my civil rights. They refused to change our sheets or bring us new towels because I had my dog, even when I said I would be out of the room for the next five hours. There was blood on our sheets when we checked in. The railing for the pool is not anchored into the pool and I fell. The lift for the pool was broken and unsafe. The light above the doorway into the hotel was blinking and caused me to have a seizure. The tub was dirty when we checked in, the toilet seat broken and unsafe. The picture frame on the wall was broken and the Tv in our room didn’t work. They also lied about having a pet relief area and I had to walk my service dog across a 3 lane road to use the bathroom. And the advertised hot tub was boarded up. Our towels were also torn when we checked in.
