Everything was what we expected. After booking online and arriving staff said no rooms available. The manager drove up here and made it right. We will stay here again.

The hallways were not clean, the room was fairly clean but it smelled of something not well. The bed sheets were clean. The breakfast I wouldn't call that breakfast a bagel and slice of bread that was it, with some cream cheese and butter on the side.

Roaches in fridge. I asked for a refund before we left. I was told manager would contact me the next morning but haven't heard anything from anyone and no refund yet.

Disinfectant smell was horrible. Saw needle in the bushes. No phone in the room. People were yelling outside of our room saying they had a gun and knife then they were banging on our door at 1 o'clock in the morning.

The only real issue I had was I stayed there for 3 days and housekeeping never came by and I asked for clean towels the whole time snd was told they had none snd they gave me a couple hand towels

The room was filthy. There was dried vomit on the side of the night stand and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff were polite and friendly.

This hotel is very old and poorly maintained everything they claim on the website they offer they do not have. The continental breakfast is nonexistent they had no coffee cups no napkins, no plates no condiments. All you offered is two donuts in a garbage bag a bagel in a garbage bag and some two slices of bread in a garbage bag there is no cream cheese no jelly no nothing if you use a toaster be prepared to burn your hands when you bring it to Staff’s attention they said they don’t care coffee is supposed to be available in the office area 24 seven however they do not supply cups when they did get cups. It was past the breakfast time. Do not stay here unless you really don’t care about losing your money.

There was no chair at the desk and when I asked for one, they did not have any. They said people just break them and they no longer offer them. The floor felt damp and sticky. The room had an odor to it, not a clean smell. No shampoo in the shower, just a bar of soap.

When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. When I opened the door to the room, immediately I noticed that one bed was made up and the other looked like someone just got out of it. The covers was half way on the floor and the sheets were wrinkled. I had to make myself stay because that was the last room according to the front desk, so leaving there would have meant searching for another hotel and I was already exhausted. So I checked for bugs because the room was that suspicious but I did not see any. The carpeting was filthy and sticky so I had to wear shoes just to walk around the room. In the bathroom, there was a dirty towel hanging on the towel bar and a washcloth in the sink so needless to say, I didn't even trust the towels and cloths that were folded. I turn the water on in the sink and there was a trickle of cold water, no hot. I didn't sleep all night because my brain and nervous system was on guard for anything that was moving or out of the ordinary. I even left a lamp on because I didn't trust that particular room in the dark. It was a terrible experience overall. When I checked out, I let the front desk know of these things and they apologized and said I would get a discount the next stay. That won't happen!

This was a place for transit people to stay. All our rooms smelled of stale smoke, poor maintenance all over. Smoke alarms where removed. No screens on windows. We went to walmart for lysol and febreez. Breakfast was beagle or toast, coffee. Just a poor choice.
