The gentleman in the front office, Pete was very nice, welcoming and helpful check in and throughout my stay. This is the perfect place for a solo guy traveler exploring the parks, ATV trails, lakes, streams, rivers, and all that nature has the offer in this great homebase right next to the Talimena scenic byway.

It is an older hotel but the owners have really kept the rooms very nice. You really cant tell by the outside that the rooms are so nice. It was very quiet. We never heard any of the people on either side of us. The bed was very very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Oller property from outside but Reasonably priced and rooms are clean and bug free. This is my go to place in Mena from now on.

I was passing by and stop at the first motel was asking 130 a night was way expensive so stop by here and for the price i took a chance and glad i did it was prefect for me to stay for the price they charged, had best sleep and room was clean. i would definitely be staying here.

My husband and I was skeptical at first until the manager showed us our room and it was quite nice.Everything had been updated and redone.It was very clean, very comfortable.We enjoyed our stay very much.We would highly recommend to friends and family and we will come and stay the next time we travel.

Entire property was in ruins. Appeared families and pets lived there permanently. Exterior trash cans overflowing. One severely stained bath towel was all that was in our room when we checked in. As soon as we got there we decided we would not be staying and left. Gross!!!

We didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper. They have recently updated, but the shower was done badly and water splashes all over the bathroom floor and no bath mat was supplied. Room for improvement, but staff is working to improve.

We decided last minute to go to Mena. This was the best place I could find. We were skeptical at first. The rooms are alot nicer than the outside. The rooms are clean. Beds were comfortable. We will definately stay again.

From the outside it's poor, but the room was decent, 90% clean bed was comfy you can tell they have done a lot of renovations to the rooms recently. Overall I'd book it again I was comfortable it was worth the price

NO BUGS, NO NOISE AND SLEPT LIKE BABE THE MATTRESS WAS SO EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS TO THOSE WHO NEED DON'T MIND OLDER PROPERTY AS FROM OUTSIDE IT LOOKS RUNDOWN BUT ROOMS ARE GOOD.

The place is very old. The door to our room was hard to open and the lock was questionable. The walls were very thin and the bed was terrible.

The front desk guy was super nice but the room was not. We ended up getting other accommodations. Front desk guy said they were renovating the property…. I guess if you need a place in a pinch it would work.

They’re in the process of renovating. What’s been done is nice, the rest is eh. The staff was very kind and helpful. I don’t know why it said anything about a pool though, there isn’t one. I’m here because of a commercial vehicle breakdown and it was cheap, the furniture is recently acquired and nice, tv is big, bed is comfortable, no bed bugs. Not a terrible stay if you need a stay, not a vacation spot either though haha

No body wash I'm dispenser, coffee pot but no coffee supplies all empty showroom head came out of wall when using shower

No bedbugs noted, but dozens of roaches behind mini-fridge. The shower poorly plumbed. The parking lot is most a minefield of pot holes. Floor was laminate and relatively clean. Manager was kind, permitted me to park our 24' long RV under a security light. Spend $20 more and go elsewhere.
