I had a reservation and upon arrival, I was informed that my stay was no longer available and was told that I booked the wrong room. The staff claimed I had never booked a double, despite me providing my reservation confirmation and receipt clearly showing that I had.
The room that they had on file for me would have been acceptable if I had been traveling alone. However, I had plans with a friend, and the room did not meet our needs. The hotel refused to honor my confirmed reservation or provide a suitable accommodation, leaving us with no choice but to drive around town searching for another hotel.
To make matters worse, I have not received a refund, and the hotel refused to cancel the reservation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and will never book with them again!
