Immediately upon arrival we were not greeted or even just spoken to kindly. We booked this room months ago and they couldn’t originally find our booking and then we had to put a deposit down on top of what we already paid, which for this property is actually insane. Room is mediocre at best with an odd smell and weird holes patched up on several places in the wall. We have stayed at Red Roofs before and had a great experience, but from the moment we walked in, I could already tell that it was just going to be bad. Front desk was not helpful and was arguing with another guest while trying to check us in and also had an airpod in? I’m not sure the purpose of that, and I’m not trying to judge, but it was very off putting when that’s how the interaction starts. Between the room being just okay AT BEST and the way the staff was, I would not recommend staying here.
