Wonderful stay

We were there for my sister's funeral. Many of the family stayed here. All the rooms were very clean. I needed an iron and one was brought immediately. Breakfast was very good. They had a menu of items that we could get and they were brought out quickly. Everyone was very friendly. Check in and check out was painless.

Very happy with our stay

Came yesterday for the weekend and got checked in with no issues. The lady who checked my boy and I in was very nice and polite. Went to our room and everything was in order and clean. We have stayed in a lot of Super 8's in the past and there's only 3 that I highly recommend and this one along with the one in Rochester Minnesota and Morning Side in Sioux City. These are the most clean and comfortable

The desk staff are friendly, and the cleaning staff are thorough. But the property is starting to show its age, the furniture looks worn (the wood was chipping or splintering away on nightstands and dresser), the wall had holes that looked like drywall mounts, and the in-room wifi was almost non-existent. It's fine as a place to shower and sleep, but it would be depressing to spend any significant amount of time here.

Booked 3 rooms several months in advance. Hotel staff lied and said I didn't have a reservation. Then later cancelled my reservation. Was there for my son's graduation in neighboring town with family. All other hotels were booked up. No apologies, just excuses and pointing the fingers at others, claiming they overbooked them. Hotel staff claimed they spoke with 2 managers and handed the phone over to me to talk to 1 of them who did the same thing, provided excuses and pointed finger. Awful service. Glad I never have to return to this place.

First of all, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They worked hard to keep the breakfast area well supplied during breakfast. When we needed something from the front desk person, they were always friendly and quick to help. The breakfast was pretty simple with mostly cold items, but on Saturday and Sunday they did provide some sausage links, and Sunday also had cheese omelettes. Our room, and the property as a whole was pretty clean, which is an absolute must for us. On the downside, we registered for a two bed room, but received a room with one bed. It was a king bed, but we are a family of four and that wasn't going to work. The desk worker said the hotel was fully booked that night we so we couldn't switch room, but she did offer us a roll-away cot, which we decided was sufficient for our family. We did experience some problems with the TV, and the Wi-fi was spotty at best, which we hope gets corrected soon. If we travel here again, we'll consider staying in this hotel, but we definitely will confirm ahead of time that we'll be getting the room that register for.

Sausage links terrible and had to order omellettes and not good when in hurry and 4 people in front. It was small but could of had things like bisquets and gravy in crockpot that doesnt take much room.
