Our stay at La Torre Dei Salterelli was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in the warmest and most professional way. The location is simply perfect — we honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay while exploring Florence. The hotel is very safe and spotlessly clean. The entire team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented, making us feel completely at home. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt that every detail had been taken care of. We had an excellent experience staying at this place! The location is amazing, only 1-2 min walk from piazza Vecchia and museum uffizi. The lady at the check in desk is very friendly and helpful. She gave us maps and local advice on the must-sees, and when we checkout she informed us about the onging strike, which really save us a lot of effort. Hotel room is comfy and spacious.
