We enjoyed the accommodations and the shuttle was really a nice bonus. Very friendly staff. Lots of road noise if you’re on the south side of the resort facing the interstate but not much that can be done about that.

We had a wonderful stay at Vail Run, the staff is soooo amazing!! Carol, Jose, George and Hector and all of the housekeepers, they were so friendly and helpful! We loved the friendly front desk staff and shuttle bus driver. The shuttle bus was a fantastic way to get to the ski slopes. The outdoor swimming pool in the winter was fun! And the hot tub was great too. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
