Clean room, more spacious than we expected, staff was nice, room to get ready in basement if arrived early before room is ready, easy checkout. Amazing location to all of city. Glad we stayed here!

This was very dissapointing as the hotel was unkept, the electronic door key never worked and the place as just rundown. For ther price of this stay I could have gottena nmuch better place nearby without having to endure this poorly maintained property

Not worth the price. Street noise kept me up all night, drain moths flew around the room. My ground floor room next to the front desk didn't feel safe the staff pushed back a little when I asked to move, and the new room was stuffy and hot despite 65°F weather. I had to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the air. My key also stopped working within hours of check-in. I stayed less than 24 hours and won't return or recommend it. I will take my time to book next time and not use Hotels.com. I can find better hotels for the price.

This property was well maintained, it's in a convenient location with easy access to transit from bus to train. The rooms are very small but well maintained. And useful for overnight stays, events and other purposes to your choice.

The hotel is in an excellent spot. My room was tiny, but clean and was perfect for the single night stay. This hotel has the typical case of NYC's paper thin walls, but they only have two rooms per floor, so internal noise is limited. Staff was incredibly professional and welcoming.

It was not ideal. We chose to stay in the area because our son lives somewhat close to the hotel. My first impression, small lobby, with a musty smell. Still hoped for the best and the hotel employee was very nice. Once we entered our room, I was disappointed. Small and cramped which is expected but it was dusty and I even questioned if the sheets were washed. They also had small like fruit flies in the bathroom. Plus we did not sleep well because the bars in the area close at 4:00 am. And the later it got the louder it got. We won’t stay again.

Highly recommend!. Location, customer service, clean room,/comfortable bed, unlimited coffee and filtered water. The only downsize was the no water pressure in the shower.

Amazing neighborhood. We love the LES. The hotel is super central to shopping in soho, all kinds of restaurants, the Brooklyn bridge and so much more. Also super easy to access from airports as it’s directly on a subway line

Me and my husband stayed here for the 4th of July. 2 nights. It was a nice little cute hotel, I didn’t expect it to be that small but it was nice. The staff were super friendly and nice. We were there 5 hours early he let us leave our stuff use the bathroom and sit in the lobby. The room had adjustable ac. Nice terrace on the 7th floor. Lots of stores near by. The room was clean but when you shower condensation from the shower gets everywhere in the room. I would most likely probably stay here if i’m looking for something cheap, and available.

Nice quaint hotel. Old school. Nothing fancy. Excellent location for action. Restaurants everywhere. Quiet hotel which was great. AC great, kept room nice and cool Rooms are for 1 individual possibly couple. TV broken so they had to switch to my room. Bathroom rack fell off the wall with one touch. Overall it served its purpose. If I want another getaway alone and want to save a little money, would I stay here again, yes
