8/10 Very good

Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were well furnished in a very comforting and classic style. Location is a quick walk from downtown Napa, far enough away to be quiet in the evening. My only minor knocks were that the parking area behind the B and B was a limited, but there was also street parking. The shower stall in my bathroom had a low ceiling, was difficult for a taller person to use comfortably. This would also not be a good property for people with small children or movement impairments.

Our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean and quaint. The staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Shopping within walking distance. The Friday evening wine and Hors d'oeuvres gathering was wonderful!

8/10 Very good

My husband and I were looking for Cabernet House, not Napa Valley Inn at 9pm and wonder why the names were different- that was very confusing. I had to phone for directions. Please put the correct name of the B&B on website. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The shower curtain did not contain the water and therefore water got all over the floor.

We had such a lovely stay here! We had the starry night room and upon arrival everything was spotless and Amvic, the innkeeper was an absolute gem! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and I would absolutely recommend a stay at the Cabernet House/ Old world inn.
